The Fremont Michigan Chapter of the Harley Owners Group is a riding club open to anyone who owns a Harley-Davidson motorcycle. We organize rides and events throughout the year, including rides for new and prospective members, weekday lunch rides, and longer tours. The after-hours Fremont HOG Chapter-Only Shopping Night and Holiday Party at Sandy’s is THIS Saturday, December 13. Take note, the hours are a little different this year. The shopping night will be from 3 to 4 pm (come early if you need more time), with food, LCR, Euchre, and more from 4 to 6 pm. Remember to bring your HOG chips (it’s the only time you can use them, and clearance items are excluded). Door prizes throughout the event! Rick and Karen will be providing the pizza. It is not necessary to bring food to pass, but if you want you can bring a dessert to share. RSVP to Karen, Rick or Gabe at the shop at 231-924-3020.
It’s time to renew your Chapter membership! We’re saddened by the loss of Jan Tingley – wife of Larry Tingley, former Sandy’s employee, and a great friend of Karen, Rick, and many of our Chapter old-timers. Visitation services will be held tomorrow, Saturday, Dec. 6, from 1 to 3 pm at the Crandell Funeral Home in Fremont. The November Chapter Social Gathering is this Sunday, November 23, and will feature ELECTIONS for our 2026 chapter officers. Vote and make your voice heard! Breakfast starts at 8:30 am, Chapter updates at 9:30 am. The Depot is located at 22 W. Main in Grant.
Friday and Saturday, November 28 and 29, are Customer Appreciation Days at Sandy’s Harley-Davidson along with the Chili Cook-Off and Bake Sale! There will be shop-wide sales, gift wrapping for a small donation to the vets, and the Fremont HOG Chili Cook-Off and Bake sale will be held from 11 am to 2 pm on both days. More details below…
It's Chili Cook-Off and Bake Sale time! Bring your favorite chili and/or baked goods to Sandy's on Friday, November 28th/Saturday, November 29th. The cook off and bake sale run from 11-2 both days. Please let Richelle know if you can bring chili, baked goods, and/or if you are able to volunteer. Please make sure your chili is heated and ready to go by 11:00 am. The proceeds will be split between Toys for Tots and the Veterans. Thank you for your support!
